Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hilel is built for creators who need trust before they teach. Here is the plain version of what happens with refunds, credits, and cancellation.

First paid plan

First-time subscribers can ask for a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.

When you downgrade, unused paid credits are refunded pro-rata or credited toward the next bill, depending on the payment provider flow.

Cancel mid-cycle and you keep access until the end of the billing period. We do not charge future renewals.

Free tier has no refund because nothing was charged.

After cancellation, we keep workspace data recoverable for 30 days so you can re-subscribe and pick up where you left off.

Workspaces on the Shliach tier can request maaser or charitable receipts from hello@hilel.app.
